Short on time but want to prepare a dish that looks like you spent hours?? Try this dish:
Chicken Enchiladas
2 Chicken Breast. Cut up ( I actually used to cans of chicken breast)
1 Can of Rotel, drained
1 Can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Pkg of Encilada Sauce
2 Pkg of Cresent Rolls
Mix first 5 ingredents together. Lay Cresent rolls around your hospitality tray. Cook @ 375 for 35-40 mins.

Dinner tonight was a hit!!
I tried a new recipe in my bean pot. All my picky eaters loved it!
It is called:
It is called:
Best Pot Roast Ever
Roast cut of your choice - 3 lbs
1pkg brown gravy mix
1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch
1 pkg dry Italian dressing
Cut up veggies
1 c. water
Place 3lb roast in your bean pot and bake at 250 for 5-6 hours, or until meat is fully cooked. You can thicken broth for a great gravy. (My family love it without thickening)
